I do guide work and really need an item like this. Bought it and recomended to partner knowing they would soon be used. As long as you track a deer on snow,a parking lot, or place with no red leaves, or pine shacks, its ok. However we have lots of both and found this item to be a joke. Would have spent more money if it would have made a differance, but have great doubts about that. Intend to call company to see if they have a model with better results, but I can't see it. We both had deer to track tonight and will have to wait till morning to finddeer for clients. Found ourselevs turning red oak leaves and pine shacks for an hour, and could not stay on a good blood trail.
