This flashlight is amazing. I bought two last weekend for a retreat in the mountains for my brother and I. My brother has RP(retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative eye disease) and cannot see anything in the dark or twilight. Especially in the mountains I would have to guide him putting my arm around him with a normal flashlight. This flashlight was like a mini spotlight. It lit up the ground completely. Other people were so thankful I was walking with them and others asked me not to cause they couldn't see their own light from their flashlights! This was worth every dollar, and had I tried it out before buying it, I would have paid so much more.
