Review of Gerber 22-80016 Recon White, Red, Blue, and Green LED Flashlight, Black

This is a super flashlight.First, it is not very bright.The white light is bright enough to see your way around the house and through the woods, but I wouldn't chose this light for searching for a lost dog at night.

It is small, easily fits in a pocket, and I have been using it with the original battery (one AA) for seven months.I can turn it on/off and change colors with one hand.I have used it clipped to the bill of a hat, and it made a fine headlamp.The red filter provides dim light, but it is enough to see my way around the house, preserves night vision, and doesn't bother my wife when I come to bed late.

I wouldn't chose this for my primary flashlight, but it is probably the one I use the most.
