I love the "black" style of the tool. Makes me more careful with it as I don't want to scratch the "Stealth" off of it. Overall it is as useful than the previous ones I've owned. It is and can be dangerous when it comes to the "Scalpel" it has instead of scissors. You can cut yourself to the bone if not careful (any law suits yet?)...
I have it for use in the fire department and it is very helpful at accident scenes.
